Please log your incoming and outgoing flights details on the below form, as well as the hotel you are staying at. For departures, please note that for domestic flights, we shall collect you from your hotel 2 hours prior to your flight departure time. For international flights, we shall collect you 3 hours prior to flight departure time. In your conference registration kit you will receive a ticket as confirmation for your departure transfer.
